Directions

1) From The East and West

Exit the M65 at junction 9 and follow the signs for A679 Burnley. At the traffic lights at the top of the hill turn right on to the A646 Rossendale Road. After 0.3 miles turn right in to Billington Road, follow this road for a further 0.4 miles and take the 2nd turning right into Forbes Court.

2) From Burnley Town Centre

From Burnley bus station proceed up Centenary Way to the roundabout, go straight on in to Manchester Road, go through the first set of traffic lights and proceed to the next set of traffic lights. At this junction turn right in to Rossenadale Road (A646) proceed down this road for 1 mile past the Indian restaurant which will be on your right. Look out for the signs for Billington industrial Estate and turn left in to Billington Road, follow this road for a further 0.4 miles and take the 2nd turning right into Forbes Court.
